We WON!!!!

Our team just won $5K in the Verizon Innovative App Challenge for creating the best app concept of all middle schools in the state! Now help us win the nationwide App Challenge Fan Favorite award and $15K more. Text StudySpark1 to 22333 by January 31. If we get the most votes, we win!

Google CS First

We've started two days with Google's Computer Science First program, and it is exciting! A few of us knew a little about code and some of us knew a little more, but this program has got us animating our own stories. It's like creating a mini movie with code!
The program guides students through SCRATCH, and provides some excellent lessons about more advanced code. If you haven't check out SCRATCH, definitely do so! https://scratch.mit.edu/
It is a wonderful user-friendly interface and helps make more complex code simple. The students are loving it and being so creative! Be sure to check out our creations on SCRATCH. Just search for our studio, BMS SPARK! Studio.
